Overview

• DPM-8820 is a water-based silicone resin emulsion exhibiting high-temperature resistance and non-yellowing properties, specifically developed for silver powder coatings. It is used to formulate silver powder paints resistant to temperatures ranging from 200 to 800°C, maintaining color stability under elevated temperatures.

Product features

• Water-dilutable, low odor, free of toluene and xylene
• Excellent stability, compatible with high-speed dispersion
• Rapid surface drying at room temperature with superior film-forming ability
• Compatible with heat-stable aluminum silver paste for the preparation of high-temperature resistant water-based silver powder coatings
• Upon complete curing, the coating film demonstrates excellent weather resistance, salt spray resistance, hardness, and flexibility.

• Water-based high-temperature resistant coatings for household appliances, cookware, stoves, fireplaces, ovens, kilns, flues, chimneys, automotive exhaust systems, and engines
• Weather-resistant and anti-corrosion outdoor water-based metal coatings
• Waterborne insulation coatings for household appliances (such as exterior coatings for non-stick cookware), electronic and electrical components, and electromechanical products
• Note: Colored coatings must be used with water-based resin-free color pastes. Complete curing is recommended at 200-280°C for 10-60 minutes.

Safety, Packaging and Storage

• Store at 5-35°C in a cool, ventilated area, protected from direct sunlight, and keep in tightly sealed containers. The shelf life is 6 months when stored in original packaging.
