DPM-8634 Solvent-Free Anti-Graffiti Silicone Resin
Overview
- DPM-8634 is a solvent-free anti-graffiti silicone resin that requires the addition of a curing agent. It is part of a moisture-curing and baking drying system characterized by rapid drying, forming a highly dense film exhibiting excellent resistance to aging, high and low temperatures, high hardness, superior wear resistance, and outstanding anti-graffiti properties.
- DPM-8634 offers excellent flexibility, demonstrating strong resistance to cracking and peeling in acidic, alkaline, and salt spray environments, thereby ensuring long-term durability. With a high solid content and low viscosity, this product is well-suited for a variety of application techniques.

Product features
- High solid content with low viscosity
- Rapid drying under high-temperature baking conditions
- Maintains excellent flexibility despite high hardness
- Resistant to high and low temperatures, exhibiting superior weather and salt spray resistance
- Waterproof, oil-resistant, with outstanding anti-graffiti performance
Application area
- Suitable for protective coatings on various metals including aluminum alloys, stainless steel, copper, and carbon steel. The coating film provides antibacterial, mildew-proof, moisture-resistant, anti-fouling, waterproof, and anti-graffiti properties.
- This product must be used in combination with the DPM-8634B Curing Agent. When the amount of 8634B is 2%, it is recommended to heat cure at 180°C for 30 minutes; when the curing agent amount is 5%, heat cure at 150°C for 30 minutes is recommended. Performance testing may be performed after a 24-hour conditioning period.
- After adding DPM-8634B, the mixture should be used promptly; otherwise, progressive reactions will cause an increase in viscosity.
Safety, Packaging and Storage
- The storage temperature should be maintained between 5°C and 25°C. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and contact with moisture. The product should be stored in a sealed container. Under the original packaging conditions, the shelf life is six months.
