DPM-306  Siloxane resin

Overview

• DPM-306 resin is an acrylic-modified polysiloxane resin in which the polysiloxane and acrylic resin components form an interpenetrating network structure, enabling DPM-306 to combine the advantages of both polysiloxane and acrylic resins. DPM-306 resin features a high solid content and low VOC levels, along with outstanding stability, weather resistance, and excellent recoatability; it is suitable for repair and decorative renovation applications.

• Note: The recommended curing agent is DPM-802 or DPM-803; the recommended mixing ratio for the resin to curing agent is 7:1. This product can be cured in the presence of moisture; it is sensitive to moisture and alkaline substances. During use, avoid employing solvents, pigments, fillers, or other materials with high water content. During the manufacturing process, try to avoid high-humidity environments and minimize the product’s exposure to air.

Safety, Packaging and Storage

• Store the product in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated location at a temperature ranging from –5°C to 40°C; avoid direct sunlight and store it in a sealed container. When stored in the original packaging, the shelf life is 12 months. Prevent contamination by acids or alkalis, and keep the product away from fire and heat sources.
