Solvent-based polysilazane resin
Overview
- DPM The polysilazene resin series is specifically designed for high-temperature curing coating systems and can be blended with various pigments and fillers, including organic and inorganic pigments, metal powders (zinc, aluminum, and stainless steel), and ceramic powders (silicon nitride, boron carbide, alumina, boron nitride). It is also compatible with a wide range of resins.
- This series is suitable for various substrate types: carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, superalloy steel, microcrystalline glass plate, ceramic, cement, etc.
- Applicable temperature: Coatings prepared using heat-resistant nanotechnology can withstand flame or high-temperature airflow impact. The thermal resistance of the coating varies depending on the substrate material, enabling it to endure thermal shock and vibration resistance.

Application Area
- The field of high-temperature resistant coatings for various substrates
- Precautions: When handling this product, wear solvent-resistant gloves (e.g., nitrile rubber gloves), safety goggles, and an A2B2E2K2HG/P3 type half-face respirator with filtration.
Safety, Packaging and Storage
- The storage temperature should be maintained at 5–30°C in a cool, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight, and stored in a sealed container. Keep away from heat sources and ignition sources. This product is water-sensitive and may react upon contact with oxidizers, alcohols, acidic or alkaline substances; therefore, appropriate separation distances should be maintained during storage.
- Under the original packaging and required environmental conditions, the shelf life is 12 months. If not fully used after opening, the container must be tightly sealed with its lid; when necessary, it should be purged with nitrogen before sealing.
