DPM-9355  Silicone anti-graffiti agent

Overview

• DPM-9355 is a silicone anti-chalking additive featuring a unique hydroxy-polyether-polyester copolymer-modified polysiloxane structure, high molecular weight, mirror-like leveling performance, oil resistance and prevention of shrinkage pits, enhanced coating fullness, and suppression of unstable foaming.
• Substrate contamination or poor paint system equilibrium can lead to shrinkage pits; however, when the DPM-9355 – 0.1% (relative to resin solid content) additive is used in a vacuum electroplating primer system, both leveling and shrinkage prevention are achieved without adversely affecting the interlayer adhesion of the material.

• Note: Dilute with an alcohol or ester-based solvent to a 20% solution before use for optimal dispersion and miscibility.

Safety, Packaging and Storage

• Store in a cool, well-ventilated place; if the product is not fully used up, the container must be tightly sealed immediately. When the temperature is below 18°C, the product may become turbid until it solidifies (this is due to the product’s inherent structure); before use, warm the product to dissolve it. Repeated freezing and thawing will not affect its efficacy. For ease of use, it is recommended to dilute this product to a solution approximately 20% in concentration for later use. The shelf life of the product is 12 months.
