Overview

• DPM-200 It is a specially modified silicone polymer that can participate in chemical reactions and exhibits excellent adhesion to inorganic substrates, particularly glass and certain metal surfaces, significantly enhancing the water resistance, heat resistance (to boiling water), and adhesion strength of the coating film.

Product Features

• ①Highly active, readily miscible in water and solvents
• ②For inorganic substrates, particularly glass and certain metals, excellent adhesion is achieved.
• ③Enhance the cross-linking density and water resistance of the paint film
• ④Enhance the tear strength and durability of the paint film
• ⑤It exhibits good stability within the pH range of 6.0–9.5; for systems with pH values beyond this range, storage stability must be evaluated.

Application Area

• Water-based coatings; Water-based inks
• Water-based glass ink, water-based metal paint
• Recommended dosage: For the total formula weight ratio, 0.5–3% is recommended.
• It can be applied at any stage and dry naturally at room temperature; curing performance is further enhanced when baked at 100°C.

Safety, Packaging and Storage

• Store unopened at room temperature in a cool, dry place, protected from moisture and exposure to acidic or alkaline impurities.
• The product has a shelf life of 12 months, is non-hazardous, and may be transported as conventional chemicals.
