DPM-4772 Solvent-based silicone leveling agent

Overview

• DPM-4772 is a silicone-modified acrylate leveling agent. Compared to conventional non-silicone leveling agents, it offers superior leveling performance and instantaneous leveling speed, significantly reduces the surface tension of the paint film, ensures rapid wetting of the substrate with excellent crack resistance, and exhibits favorable compatibility.

Product Features

Application Area

• Applicable to solvent-based or solvent-free coatings and inks, including alkyd, acrylic, amino-encapsulated varnishes, UV-curable, and polyurethane coatings.
• The recommended addition amount is 0.1–1% of the total formulation weight, and it may be added at any stage of the production process.

Safety, Packaging and Storage

• Store in a cool, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight; the recommended storage temperature should not exceed 40°C. Keep away from food, acids or alkalis, ignition sources, and heat sources. For containers not fully used, close the lid tightly. The shelf life under original packaging is 12 months.
