Product Features

• Containing a Si-O bond with high bond energy, it exhibits exceptional outdoor weather resistance, ultraviolet resistance, and no degradation after 3000 hours of accelerated weathering.
• Excellent resistance to salt spray, acids and alkalis, water, and solvents, with a corrosion protection duration exceeding 25 years.
• After curing, the coating exhibits strong adhesion and does not exhibit peeling or detachment.
• It exhibits excellent elasticity and ductility; regardless of how the substrate is bent or deformed, the coating will not develop any wrinkles, cracks, or peeling
• Exhibits excellent resistance to extreme temperatures and can withstand prolonged exposure to alternating thermal cycles.

Application Area

• Surface treatment: The coated steel surface must be thoroughly cleaned of oil stains, oxide scales, rust, and old coatings. Shot blasting or sandblasting may be employed, with a rust removal grade of at least Sa1 or St2 required. For concrete structures, surface dust should be removed directly; water stains must be avoided. For steel structures with existing coatings, the adhesion between the old coating and this product must be tested.
• Construction conditions: The construction temperature should be maintained between 5–35°C under adequate ventilation. Construction is strictly prohibited during adverse weather conditions such as rain, snow, fog, strong winds, or high humidity. Similar weather conditions should be avoided within 6 hours after construction commences.
• Application method: Single-component paint; use directly after mixing. Recommended application rate: 0.2 kg/m²; number of application layers: 2; dry film thickness: 80 μm. The actual paint quantity should be confirmed by the laboratory according to requirements.
• Safety Instructions: The construction site is equipped with adequate ventilation facilities. Personnel must take protective measures, including wearing gloves, masks, and protective goggles. In case of accidental exposure to the eyes or skin, immediately rinse with water. Seek medical attention promptly if discomfort occurs. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited at the construction site.
