• Chemical equipment is prone to corrosion during prolonged use. Conventional anti-corrosion solutions require frequent repainting, resulting in significant waste of labor and resources. Our proprietary anti-corrosion solution provides long-lasting protection and substantially reduces maintenance costs for enterprises.
• For anti-corrosion solutions for chemical pipelines and steel structures, our company’s product is an elastic anticorrosive coating developed through specialized manufacturing processes, featuring room-temperature water-gas curing. It exhibits superior corrosion resistance, is easy to apply and repair, consists of a single component, contains no isocyanate ingredients, and is environmentally friendly with zero pollution.

Product features

• Containing a Si-O bond with high bond energy, it exhibits excellent outdoor weather resistance, UV resistance, and no degradation after 3000 hours of accelerated weathering.
• The outdoor weather resistance lifespan exceeds 25 years. 
• Excellent resistance to extreme temperatures (-50°C to 200°C)
• The coating exhibits excellent elasticity and ductility, and will not develop any wrinkles, cracks, or peeling regardless of how the substrate is bent or deformed.

Application method

• Surface treatment: The coated steel surface must be thoroughly cleaned of oil stains, oxide scales, rust, and old coatings. Shot blasting or sandblasting may be employed, with a rust removal grade of at least Sa1 or St2 required. For concrete structures, surface dust should be removed directly; water stains must be avoided. For steel structures with existing coatings, the adhesion between the old coating and this product must be tested.
• 2、Construction conditions: The construction temperature should be maintained between 5–35°C under adequate ventilation. Construction is strictly prohibited during adverse weather conditions such as rain, snow, fog, strong winds, or high humidity. Additionally, similar weather conditions should be avoided within 6 hours after the commencement of work.
• 3、Application method: Single-component paint; use directly after mixing. Recommended application rate is 0.35 kg/m² with a dry film thickness of 150 μm. The actual amount of paint required should be confirmed by the laboratory according to specifications.
• 4、Safety Instructions: The construction site is equipped with adequate ventilation facilities. Personnel must take protective measures, including wearing gloves, masks, and protective goggles. In case of accidental exposure to the eyes or skin, immediately rinse with water. Seek medical attention promptly if discomfort occurs. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited at the construction site.
