DPM-706 Water-based acrylic emulsion

Overview

• DPM-706 is a modified acrylic emulsion suitable for producing water-based surface printing inks and varnishes. It exhibits excellent adhesion to gold/silver cardstock and PE/OPP films, as well as strong offset printing performance, while complying with VOC control standards for tobacco packaging applications.

Product Features

• Exhibits excellent adhesion to OPP and PE materials without compromising offset printing or overprinting performance.
• The silver finish is excellent with a strong metallic appearance.
• Good reconstitutable properties with ethanol solubility
• Good color rendering and smoothness

Application Area

• Recommended for the preparation of water-based inks used in gravure printing for cigarette packages, liquor bottles, and similar applications.

Safety, Packaging and Storage

• This product is not hazardous. Store indoors in its original, unopened, and undamaged container at a temperature of 5–30°C under dry conditions, away from direct sunlight and freezing.
• Under the aforementioned storage conditions, the shelf life is 6 months from the production date.
• Plastic drums weighing 120 kg are not recyclable. Before full use, ensure the lid is securely closed after use.
